In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, unforeseen personal situations) we may allow a transfer to a future batch or a partial credit at our discretion. Please write to support@zouddha.com with your situation.
Requests must be received before programme access is delivered. Refunds, when approved, are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
